Parking is atrocious, especially with all the construction on the west. Parking lot always full and hard to turn around. Maybe you guys need to offer a convenience coupon to accommodate current conditions. Especially when we have to wait 1 hour to pick up our food to go.
Our daughter wanted us to check this place out when we brought her back to school from winter break. OMG wish we had a place like this closer to our house!!! Great staff and awesome food

We ordered online, pizza came cold and then There were 9 different fraudulent charges made within 5 mins.
I called in 2 Grinders before 11:00 at Timberline store for an 11:30 pick up. food was finally ready at almost 11:45 and one was wrong and we did not have another 45 mins to order a correct one. so a trip in from Windsor was a total bust. very disappointed. no organization at all.
