Do not waste your money buying flowers or having specialty flowers arranged for you! Horrible, horrible, horrible! The ladies who work behind the counter where they do the flowers at are rude. The flowers are always dead with rose petals barely hanging on. They are the worst place to get flowers from. I also know of a couple business' who have dropped them as their supplier due to the dirt poor quality.
it is a time honored tradition in my family to visit here several times a year and I love there Christmas and Easter displays any time I need a one of a kind interesting gift for someone special I have found it there there selection is amazing..... there's always something for someone's taste there ....I've never had to wait i line as long as people claim to see the displays 10 or 15 min. maybe but even when the line is out the door it does not take a half hour to get in....
I'm writing this review because I'm sick to my stomach. I used kraynak's to send my mother flowers for mothers day. The lady took my credit card no and asked for the expiration date and 3 digit code i had it written down because it was my husbands card the last no i said i was not shore if it was a 9 or 1 then i said I'm pretty shore it was a 9 thinking she was putting my card no in to the machine. a little while latter she said they would be delivered to the addresses i gave her i was also sending some to my sister. Quick response to a problem I was so pleased with the quick response and good solution to an overcharge on an item I bought. It was on sale but I was charged the full price. I did not notice it until I got back home. I didn't want to travel the hour and a half to go back for my money so I emailed them. I was told to send a copy of the reciept and I would be refunded. I was very happy with thir service.
An Amazing toy store I've been going to Kraynaks since I was born. Easter bunny LAne, and Santa Land were such a treat for me as a child and I will take my kids there someday.
The Best! Kraynaks is the best! I purchased a Christmas tree from them during their day after Christmas sale. I put it away, unopened, until I was ready to open it up next Christmas. On Thanksgiving evening - I opened the box to find the top of the tree missing. Oh no! I could hardly sleep worried that the sale was "as is", after all, it was a whole year that passed. Their cheerful employee greeted me with a "No problem! We'll get you a top for your tree!" Talk about customer service! Try getting that at Wal-Mart! Never!!!! ... read more
Nursery and Garden Kraynak is been in business for at least 50 years and has grown from just a nursery to offering any lawn and garden supplies needed by all home owners. Kraynak also has two gorgeous displays for christmas and easter which are both a must see for especially young children.
Sure, it is a family tradition for many, and I would like to point out they have an Easter display as well as one for Christmas. It is great if you go during the off hours, but not worth fighting the crowds on the weekends. I enjoy it, but don't get overhyped for it, be cramped next to strangers in line for a half hour, just to take a five minute walk with screaming kids and whining teens. You have been warned.
