Had a crazy experience so I joined Krav Maga. I’ve never felt better. I’ve learned so many things to help defend myself. The instructors are great and knowledgeable. As a woman and photojournalist- these classes are a must!

I was so intimidated before I started classes here. James, Meredith, Chris and the whole staff were so friendly. It's definitely a challenge and an intense workout. You get to meet people from all walks of life, and best of all you learn lessons for life. I recommend to anyone interested in wanting to get in shape, learn self-defense, or just need to blow off some steam in a positive and productive way.
This is the most amazing place I have seen. It is a place where my kids have learned life skills, way beyond self defense. We love you guys!!
