I cannot say enough about this establishment. I have not been one to stick with an exercise program -- and I have tried them all. But to me, this is no longer exercise but training. I am training my mind and body. And raising my self confidence. I am challenged and find that I am capable of more than I ever knew. Everyone is so nice and the gym is like a second home. No matter how crappy I feel walking in, I always walk out in a better mood. That is worth more than money can buy.
