RecommendedI’ve been going to the central location on southwest for a few months now. I started bc they had online classes during the pandemic. When I started, I had a small wrist injury that wasn’t getting any better. After 4 months of occasional yoga and Krav classes, my wrist is 100% up to normal again and I’m gradually getting into better shape. It’s fun enough to keep me excited about working out, nothing else really motivates me.
Beware before you enter into a contract with this Spring location. The manager would not even let me see the facility before signing the contract, when I explained that I was an essential healthcare worker and was concerned with the pandemic of signing a contract, he stated not to worry he would work with me. Once I was in the facility it was very dirty, the equipment old and some not working and did not seem or feel sanitary. Hi Mosley, we in fact are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Per the advisement of a medical director, we are requiring temperature checks, face coverings, we DO have sanitary stations, and have installed UV disinfecting lightings into our AC systems that kill bacteria and viruses (including COVID). Great people Great ethos Great workout
I have been going here for the last seven months and have loved it till now. Great facilities, great coaches and interesting workouts and training sessions. Due to the current covid-19 shutdown, they are offering zoom training sessions and online videos. This has been very helpful to stay active despite being home. I have always wanted to try out some martial art and gave krav maga the first try since it is more practical than "art" and it combines the best aspects from different disciplines. Highly recommend it.
Krav Maga Houston has a staff that actually cares about its students well being as people. They are serious about making sure their students are equipped with the tools to protect themselves and their families should the need ever arise. Their approach helps you become a better person physically and mentally. Oh and by they way, Krav Maga is one of the more practical arts around!
The staff has done a super job with online and live classes during this uneventful time. Keep up the good work!!!

Highly skilled trainers, relaxed and friendly environment. It’s more like a school where you get fit and everyone wants you to succeed, but you also learn a life skill!
