Amazing experience from Krauseneck! From the options of the luxury vinyl planks to Craig coming to measure and coming up with a solution so the floor was even with our tile. Chris and Chris the installers, they were amazing! Everything turned out exceptional. We couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
From the first visit at Krauseneck Carpet One Floors to the final install we were VERY happy. So many options to choose from at their location and excellent product knowledge! Their installers were on time, neat and did an incredible job installing and removing our old carpet and installing our new vinyl floor! Great attention to detail! Best prices too, (we shopped around). I highly recommend the team at Krauseneck Carpet One in Mt Clemens and our new floor looks spectacular!
Phenomenal experience! I highly recommend Krauseneck to anyone having flooring done. Professional, fast, great quality flooring. Craig the owner is awesome at meeting our needs as is Chris the installer and his son Chris. This is actually our second time using this company. The first time was in 2001 and we had carpet installed. The second time was now-2024 with luxury vinyl and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Krauseneck for such a wonderful experience!
I'm very happy with the carpet I bought at Krauseneck's about four years ago, but it needed a mild repair, so thanks to Craig, the owner, for sending Brian over a few days ago and also to April, who organized it all. The carpet is high-quality and has held up well, and I give the store and all the staff the highest marks I can give. I am the granddaughter of the man who started Krauseneck's Carpet and Drapes about 150 years ago and am proud to have my name associated with this quality business.
They did a fantastic job for our home. Really excellent communication from Craig. The installers were efficient and precise. 5 stars!!
