My first experience was great. I felt right at home
I was having a lot of pain due to a bad tooth and my 'normal' dentist wasn't answering the phone even though they were supposed to be in the office. After calling First Impressions they could get me in right away. I live approximately an hour away from the office and was more than willing to drive that just to be pain free. Dr Flannagan and all of his staff were super friendly and didn't make me feel like just another patient. They also all made me feel very comfortable about what steps we should take and why. Everything was great, the staff was patient and friendly. Love it here.
I was very reluctant to go to the dentist, I always am. It had been five years and it was time to go again. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel comfortable. Everyone, from receptionist to dental hygienist to the dentist himself, was friendly and answered any question I had. Here is a place I will go back to every six months for check ups, instead of avoiding until I have to go.
I have always been satisfied with the care from Dr. Flannigan and staff!
