I called Thursday about having lost a filling. I was in the chair Friday morning and the tooth was fixed in about an hour. I consider the entire staff to be personal friends as well as dental providers. In both cases, they are the best.
Each time I have entered the staff makes me feel like I have known them for years.
I have a few times when things have come up causing my teeth discomfort. I always get in quickly and things get taken care of. I can say, I'm not afraid to go to my dentist!!!!!!! Thanks jot everyone at First Impressions.........
although having a tooth extracted is not high on my list of favorite things to do, I always trust First Impressions Dental Center to give me the best quality of care
Dr.Flannagan was very gentle and did a great job with filing a tooth that was what he said (pass my ear) it was way back there. I have a small mouth and a hard time keeping it open and he was very understanding and let me take breaks to close my mouth. Everyone is always very nice and gentle. I can't say it was a fun experience but they make it the best that they can!
I always enjoy my experience at first impressions dental. Dr flanagan is always smiling and fun to talk to. His staff is extremely friendly and always make sure I am comfortable. First impressions is an efficient and well ran dental practice. I often hear of them talking about the newest technology and gadgets to purchase next to make sure their patients receive the best care possible. for all the work that was to to prep a crown, all was basically painless! The only thing I ever felt was a pinch on the side of the lip, which was corrected the second I let them know! I was often asked "you doing OK?" and I always gave a thumbs up.
I was greeted when I first walked in the door by a very nice and friendly staff. (The staff had e-mailed me the medical forms that I needed for my visit so that I could fill them out ahead of time.) I was able to complete the paperwork upon arrival which made for a quick check in and then I was escorted back to a room, I never even had to sit and wait.
