The service is always great. The one thing that has not happened before is that the technician who worked on me scheduled my next appointment without asking me when I was available. I am not off on this day, so I will need to change the appointment, or adjust my schedule.
I have been going here for years. Everyone is very nice. Jackie is my hygienist, she does a great job taking care of my teeth. She keeps me entertained with her stories. Dr Flannagan is always very caring and I love to hear about his 5 children.
A great cleaning and so happy Dr. could get the touch up on my front tooth done during the same visit.
They are great at what they do. Comprehensive understanding of what's needed, plus they use up to date procedures. Friendly and well run organization.
Dr. Flanigan and staff are always kind and considerate. I would recommend them to everyone!

My cleaning and care went well. But I wish I had been informed and asked about the topical fluoride varnish treatment (which I never had before, but I have been asked before and declined), instead of it just being given without any question or explanation. I had to ask what it was. I was disappointed to leave the office with my teeth surfaces rough and streaked from the treatment. I trust you all, and it might have just been an oversight or the hygienist thought it was standard.
Jackie did a fabulous job of getting stain off my daughters teeth and even some glue from the ortho that had been missed. The office was on time and everyone was happy! Makes you wish all medical appointments were like this! Thanks First Impressions!
