Almost cost us over a $1000.00. After reviewing our taxes we found a mistake. Instead of having to pay in $183.00. We should of been getting back over $800.00. They did fix the problem, but wanted us to mail in the amended forms. After a little discussion with her assistant. They mailed them in. We never received a phone call apologizing for the mistake or any type of refund for service. That is why we will never be back.
