I have known Illa for 15 years and she has represented my property as a manager all of these years. As is the case of managing a property, there have been issues large and small and one epic one over the years. Illa Krasnick, in my opinion, is the one person there could have been that helped me through all these and safeguarded my investment. I have employed Krasnick services to manage my properties for more than four years. Our arrangement has always been fulfilled on a timely and accurate basis with excellent communications and documentation. We have been through frustrating times and good times. They have always done their job well. I chose her because of a BBB rating and I agree. I left another agency because I felt like the were nickel and diming me to the point I wanted to sell the house. As soon as Illa took over I felt relief in knowing we were taken care of.
