If I could give 0 stars I would, **** was extremely rude and unprofessional. In the beginning, Illa was friendly in order to get our business. Once our application was submitted and we paid all the fees her communication stopped. She would not return text messages, phone calls or emails. When she finally would return them, she would fail to address questions or concerns previously asked. We received a decline notice along with our credit scores. I recently had the pleasure to have Krasnick Realty handle both the purchase my new home and selling of my old home.
