We are very pleased with Krasiva product and service. They were very detailed on the windows and worked with us for what we wanted for our home. There installers came at the time that was set and did an excellent job. They left everything clean and removed all debri. My bay window is so beautiful and clear. It has changed the look of the front of my home. The back doors with the shades within the glass is so convenient. The workmen who did the instalation were really great. They cleaned each area at the end of the work day. They kept us updated and informed on what they were doing and answered any question that we had. Krasiva did a great job explaining and demonstrating the value of each quality product level available. There was no pressure on us to make our decision on the product we were interested in. Following our decision they were great at informing us of next steps in the order process and walking us through it. The date they estimated the finished product would be delivered was right on. My husband and I love our new Krasiva windows. We are very happy that we had them put in our home. The company has very professional installers and sales people. The windows were put in without a mess and what little dirt there was, was cleaned up by the installer.
