From our first visit with the sales man we have had nothing but great things to say about Krasiva. Had windows installed by Krasiva Windows and we are so happy. The installers were at the house when they were supposed to be, never stopped working until all was finished. They cleaned up so well you never knew they were here. They look beautiful and are keeping the heat out. Best investment we have made.

Krasiva and Vision windows get my enthusiastic support! Sales - Steve did an excellent job describing the product, the differences between this and competing products as well as the installation process in general. This was not a high pressure sales experience. He presented a quality product and educated us on its benefits. My wife and I bought a couple of new windows from Krasiva recently. Great product and service. Salesperson Rodger was a genuinely nice person, showed us the amazing value, no pressure approach - felt very comfortable during initial consultation. When our order arrived, the service techs kept a clean job and completed installation within timelines promised. Windows look are beautiful, my family feels safer, and our house is more quiet too. We'd purchased an arcadia door from another company and unfortunately that didn't work out so well. They did refund our money which was honorable. Being confined to a wheelchair, Krasiva took into account all of our concerns and installed a door that is truly ADA accessible. I would recommend them to others.

When we finally decided to take the leap, replacing all original windows in our house, it was quite the deal. Getting in touch with Krasiva windows and doors was an excellent choice for us. Perry gave us us a very thorough explanation and demonstration of the benefit's of the double pane system and everything that goes into it. I am 100% satisfied with the Krasiva weather shield vision windows we picked. They look amazing and make our house look better. They were installed perfect with no issues no problems in just 2 days.
