truly world class We were referred to Krasiva Windows and Doors by a designer friend of ours who couldn't find enough compliments when describing her experience with them. After one meeting, I could understand why. Not only are their products of the highest quality, their customer service can only be described as white glove.

Shady tactics This company employs 'used car salesman' shady tactics to pressure home owners into buying their windows at inflated prices. Do not invite the salesmen into your house unless you want to waste an afternoon and be bullied into buying windows of questionable quality. Don't believe their claims of special offers... but only if you buy the windows TODAY! Looked them up online and found that they were hiring "used car salesmen" (their words). Big surprise. We decided to go with a reputable company.
