Thank you My wife and I want to thank you and your staff for making the installation of our new KRASIVA Windows such an easy task. The sale’s personal were very knowledgeable and helpful. truly world class We were referred to Krasiva Windows and Doors by a designer friend of ours who couldn't find enough compliments when describing her experience with them. After one meeting, I could understand why. Not only are their products of the highest quality, their customer service can only be described as white glove.

Shady tactics This company employs 'used car salesman' shady tactics to pressure home owners into buying their windows at inflated prices. Do not invite the salesmen into your house unless you want to waste an afternoon and be bullied into buying windows of questionable quality. Don't believe their claims of special offers... but only if you buy the windows TODAY! Looked them up online and found that they were hiring "used car salesmen" (their words). Big surprise. We decided to go with a reputable company.

Jim came out to give me an estimate on window replacement but what I did not expect was Jim telling me that I did not need replacement and explained why. That is the gold standard of a super great company. This goes a long way as in the future I will not wavier calling this company and will be telling my friends and neighbors about Jim and this company and thank you Stephanie for great customer service at the office.

I highly recommend this great company, this was the best investment I’ve made. I had my patio sliding door replaced along with my kitchen window and bathroom window as well, and I am extremely happy and satisfied with Kristina windows and doors. From the salesman to the installers ( Leon & Joe) everyone was professional and overall did an amazing job. Thank you??

On Saturday, November 2nd, we welcomed Jerry into our home who wanted to quote us on some work and possibly give a big discount if we agree to be a show home because of the interest in our neighborhood. Although the pitch on the product was long winded due to going off topic about where he has lived and his family interests, we were happy to proceed until Jerry went on a tangent due to rising material costs. I had my windows replaced in my house, was told it would probably take three days, the crews were amazing and finished the job in two days. They were polite, helpful and cleaned up all debris when finished. They came prepared and walked me through every detail and were always willing to answer any questions I had. I did my research and read all the reviews and they were amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the sale Guy Gary to the installers it was very professional through the entire process. I want a huge fan for the time it took to get the window but it certainly was worth it. I had a very large window to replace and after at least 4 different companies they were the only ones that could do the window all in one piece.
