Absolutely horrible management that does nothing including the property maintenance you pay for every month. They will not produce appropriate financial information to justify additional charges to your Hoa nor complete project's stated in the Amendments. And forget about getting a valid response if you get one at all and alot of bs from Anthony Bryant. Time 2 speak with a Lawyer and get the necessary repairs, maintenance done to my Condo before I lose too much value.

I have contacted Kramer Triad numerous times in the past 6 weeks with no response. Update: they charged the following fees upon selling our place: Legacy Account Closure Fee to Kramer‐Triad Management Group LLC $250.00 Reimbursement of HOA status letter to Dream Title and Escrow Agency$416 I might add that it took numerous days and multiple phone calls to get the "HOA Status letter “.
