This is the worst company. Kramer Triad caused our 20 unit complex 139 late payments over 6 years for our water bills totaling $5309. Then we got billed $17,555 for missed billing in water from 3 years ago. They never monitored the water bills. They charged us again for an assessment that was paid in full a year ago and completed but decided they wanted $1,740 more a year later. They refuse to allow co-owners to review records or finances. I normally don't write bad reviews because I like to give people chances to correct their bad service. By far this company is the worst that I've dealt with my entire life, Lights been out in our subdivision for months. Only few lights at the entrance work. I reported this issue to the receptionist on November 1st because I was hoping that it would've been address just like the prior Mangement did in the past, The receptionist asked me to send a photo and an email which I did in additions to here documenting the issue. Our manager Ann Marie is doing above and beyond She has noticed a few things in our financials that we are being charged for that we shouldn’t
I would prefer not to give them a star but it is a requirement. Cmark our grounds maintenance has no clue how to remove snow. He piles it in the lot in front of our parking spaces blocking path between lot and sidewalks. There are grounds near the lot that the snow can be piled but he's too lazy to lift it he just wants to push it wherever he can. If I could give zero stars I would. The management company itself is absolutely HORRID but the property manager, well she is even worse!!! It’s absolute sickening with their LIES and COVER UPS!!
Horrible service & customer service. My ceiling has been open for a month now because of an upper unit leak and my POC Jacqueline Baxter isn’t responding.
Our condominium Dearborn West Village has been with KT for a few years now and recently Carrie Miller has been assigned as our property manager. As a board member for the last 5 years I can say Carrie has continued to be outstanding, she has been responsive to our needs and has shown determination and dedication. Why can I not leave 0 stars? 1 is too good for them. Customer service is non-existent. They will not return phone calls and do absolutely ZERO to help your association. They use you like a piggy bank. It honestly feels like they are just stealing $ from you and laughing about it. Check the BBB on them or any other place that has reviews for them and you will ask yourself how they are still in business.
