Everyone was super nice from the front desk staff to the lady who got my health history to the nurse to the dentist! They talked to me and made jokes which made me super relaxed...despite my looming anxiety. Awesome place! Highly recommended!
My 12yr old daughter was seen by Dr. B. Oglander. The medical staff was kind, and so was he. We spoke prior to the procedure about his plan. I didn't like the fact that when I questioned the charges with the billing staff to gain understanding on why the cost changed from the original quote, she seemed offended that I even asked, another staff member stepped in and explained in more detail, which solidified the issue. Overall the experience went fine.
When you are an adult with unfortunate dental issues coupled with deep-seated fear about getting dental work done, you face a number of challenges. Providers and staff who treat you like you're just being childish because of your fear, doctors and staff that look down their nose at you and the predicament you've found yourself in, or even rude impatience with you. The staff is very friendly, and very comforting. The procedure for an implant, performed by Dr. Kramer, was outstanding......and to my surprise, painless. I cannot explain the kindness we have received from this office. My 8 year old son needed to have surgery to remove an extra tooth. I knew they had great staff when the receptionist squeezed us in so kindly when I messed up my appointment date, to Dr Oglander and the nurses who were so kind to my son. I knew from our first appointment when he so patiently answered every single question my son had to calling us the night of his surgery to check on him that he was a wonderful doctor. I went to the Fenton Location. The staff was wonderful! I was so worked up about having my wisdom tooth extracted; they were very comforting!!
