My husband, myself, and three kiddos have all been to Dr. Kramer. They are always friendly and helpful but not pushy. I feel our eye exams were well done and professional. Both of my girls got fitted for contacts and they were very patient. I highly recommend this office!
I was pleased with service but I paid too much. The glasses didn't work. I called down to tell them I was sick and could not come back now. They said come back when you can. I did and the solution was buy new glasses for $400 more. I am disappointed.
