Roy and his crew were great. Roy came out quickly, gave me a quick and fair assessment, and got me on the schedule pretty quickly. The work itself was done quickly, with high quality, and at a very reasonable price. Roy and his team were very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Difficult experience with this company and specifically owner Roy. Hung new gutter for us in very aesthetically bad manner, looks awful on old beautiful home, not willing to fix or even discuss ideas to compromise, asking for more money to make it right. No pride in customer service or relationship building. Very dismissive and condescending. I got many estimates and wish I had chosen any of the others. Had to fix ourselves in the end. Stay away.
Roy and his crew are consummate professionals. They replaced our decking boards, steps, and handrails in one day! The craftsmanship is excellent and they were wonderful to work with. 10/10 would recommend.
