After having my TV for close to 3 week. They brought the TV back and it didn't work - said it was the cable box, had the cable company out and the box was OK. They took the TV back and they still haven't returned my set. They keep telling me that it is fixed, but haven't brought it to my home (keep delaying the return of the TV). The manufacturer of my stove used them as a local service provider. They came to the house to repair my stove with an instruction manual. They opened the manual and tried to folow the instructions. This didn't give me confidence. After about three hours of attempting to pull this thing apart, several shocks (they never unplugged it) and some flying spraks, they decided to take it to the shop for repair. Rude, indignant and awful. They should be out of business.
Picked up my TV to work on it. Charged me $465 to fix it. Five months later....same problem!!!! It's a ig screen in my basement, have only used 6-8 times when it was brought back so supposedly not under warranty. Don't want to help....I will never take a thing there to geet serviced again....Beware of this company!!!
Not even meeting the customer service stands. Ray,the phone anwerer' has always a sleepy reply techs are doing there JOBS.BS need to take the contract off from them for their sloppy service .even i am afraid to go to their store for some reasons ,cause stinky smell lingering and awful (temper attitude)moneey i spend . sorry for the companies who keeps them as their warranty contractor.
Take my tvs, charge for work they dont do and then explicitly lie about it, when caught in lie, want to start yelling and putting blame on me. Have not ONCE in 4 different issues when they were supposed to call, call me back. When Ya DO call THEM back, the same guy starts getting excited and rude and argumentative. $235 later, STILL dont have my TVs back (drove out once and said they forgot to put my TV on truck and didnt know when they'd be "in my area" again when I'm only 20 minutes away) Course, this same angry waste of l... read more
