A few years back I purchased a CAI for my 2011 sti and had them install it, as well as tune since the MAF would be moved quite a bit. When asking about the process I asked if I should tow it there since I live an hour away. Guy on the phone was real quick in telling me not to tow it. They have a great team here and communicate pretty well. Also really good at explaining and letting me understand rather than me just guessing from Reddit or online forums. Had my 2019 wrx tuned with a jpipe installed. Super transparent and clear about everything before it happened. Great experience
Kraken just finished the second phase of work on my car and it feels like it shaved five years off the age of her. Chris is an auto scholar and a gentleman.
