They don't want to work on your car if you didn't buy it there. Servicemen are rude and sarcastic. I would have chosen 0 stars if that had been an option. We are new to Tallahassee and have only one vehicle. Kraft would not furnish us a car while they worked on ours. They could not find the problem that had been diagnosed in MS and would not go on that diagnosis. The service manager said Nissan sometimes hired incompetent servicemen. I spoke with Hiram London the day before and scheduled to have a harmonic balancer replaced in my Nissan Maxima. He told me to bring it in at 8am. Dropped it off at 8am with Scott Stanley who set the time for pick-up at 12pm. Attempting to organize a ride with a co-worker, I called Scott at 11am to see if the car would be ready by 12pm. No call back by 12:30pm, so I called again and got his voice mail again.
