We made the change to Kraft Business Solutions for our printer service provider earlier this year. I have only been impressed with their services. They go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and make it easy. Their technicians are easy to work with, very responsive and easy to talk to. Whenever I email anyone on the team, they get back to me promptly and professionally.
Every time I call for supplies, the sales staff are always courteous and I received my supplies in the mail two days later.
