Purchased a new build and hadn’t considered getting an inspection on it but my realtor talked me into it and reminded KP Home Inspections. Kevin had spent four hours at the house and went through findings with me for well over an hour. Builders make mistakes!!! KP Home Insepctions was very thorough, walking through the home with us and pointing out all items they noticed during the inspection, and followed up by providing us a detailed report with pictures of the things that will need to be fixed. They were able to respond to all questions and provide thorough answers, as well as providing follow up support and warranty options post-closing.
My clients were able to schedule an inspection for the very next morning. Kevin was able to go over parts of the inspection with my clients, and answer all their questions. The report was well detailed with lots pictures. My clients felt at ease with the explanations of issues in the home, and left feeling good about their decision to purchase the home.
Kevin is very detailed and thorough. He came recommended and we had him inspect a home that we were very interested in. His report was very detailed and he found subtle things. The report was punctual and I received it the same day. Based on his report we had to let the house go as his report made us realize that there were fundamental things that were wrong and that the house would end up a money pit for us.
