Kevin was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He was extremely detailed with his inspection and left me feeling confident with the amount of information he provided in the report. Kevin has performed two inspections for us over the last 6 month, one for a new residence and one for an inventment property. The new home was a flip originally built in 1950 so we had concerns. Kevin proved to be exceptionally knowledge and experienced and really took the time to dig into the details. As first time home buyers, the home buying process can be overwhelming, but Kevin made the entire inspection process a breeze. He was was very thorough, professional and organized and took time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions.
