The building is well maintained and features a classy lobby The building is well maintained and features a classy lobby, lounge, and banquet space. Has new appliances, stacked washer and dryer, as well as thermostat controlled heat and air. A few maintenance issues came up but they have an online request system and a full time maintenance staff that quickly got things corrected.
I can easily say this is one of the nicest apartment buildings I can easily say this is one of the nicest apartment buildings I have ever been in. The apartments themselves are smallish, but well appointed and everything works flawlessly. Hands down, what makes this a great place, though, is the public spaces.

I have heard someone walking above - and again, that is rarely. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Noise is very limited. I might hear a bit of noise occasionally on the weekends. And yes, you can here a little in the hallways but nothing much. I am in a new unit here and this is the first time in almost six years that I have heard someone walking above - and again, that is rarely.

New carpet was installed when I moved into the unit and the bathroom had just had the tub and tile painted white, both of which make it look very clean and fresh. The units have big windows, updated counters, tiles and cabinets and ceiling fans.
I have had really good experiences with the management I have had really good experiences with the management and they often come straight to help with any issue right away. It seems best practice is to be polite to management and pay on time, which is common sense. They also do nice things like you can call and ask them to drop off a package and they will change light bulbs for you. I feel very safe in my apartment and have heard my neighbors on maybe 4 occasions...this is amazing considering how many people have dogs!

The staff is very nice and I love the maintenance guy This is my second apartment. It is by far much nicer than my first one. The staff is very nice and I love the maintenance guy. He is so quick and nice! It was also hard for me to find a nice place that allowed Dogs. The policy here is nice because you can have any dog under 40 lbs and if it is bigger all you have to do is ask and figure something out with the management.
The staff are extremely courteous This was easily my most pleasant experience with an apartment rental. The building was always clean, quiet and simply a relaxing, upscale place to reside. Where the building really shines, however, is in the management and support staff. The site is extremely well-run: any time that something needed to be fixed (which was rare), someone would be by to solve the problem within the hour. The staff are extremely courteous, making the building feel like a small community.
