I had several questions and Dr. K was very helpful. The next week I emailed him another question and received a quick response.
Exceptional care, friendly, welcoming staff, very efficient and knowledgeable. A very positive experience. I have already referred a friend to you.
Dr. K and his crew are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful professionals. I was nervous about the procedure and each of them explained every step and made me feel more comfortable. Dr. K introduced himself before the procedure and afterwards he detailed his findings. He gave me a printed document with pictures explaining what he found and the instructions for me to follow from that day forward. I would highly recommend Dr. K and Peak Gastroenterology to anyone who needs this procedure.
I'm giving you a 5. One complaint. I got my appt moved up by 4 months due to a cancellation. Dr. Krishnan facilitiated this, so thank you. Everything was great, However, and I told Dr. K this...He did NOT have access to my previous procedure with Dr. Mann even though I filled out the release form and gave it to the scheduler who says they sent it to "Records" to get the info. Dr. K demonstrated to me that he was empathetic & intelligent enough that he doesn’t default to the one-size-fits-all procedural mentality that many volume & profit-oriented GI labs & clinics have adopted. I presented to Memorial Hospital-Central for a sedation-free, IV puncture-free colonoscopy experience, and even when the nurse anaesthetist tried pushing an IV “just in case”, he waved her off.
