I was impressed on how well the whole staff worked together, helped each other, and got along. You can see that patient care is their first concern. The staff was so helpful, answered and cares or concerns. We had a few laughs. Everyone that took care of me was so nice and I enjoyed talking to them. I was comfortable right away. I was a great atmosphere with the way they all got along.
Fast and personal treatment.
I am not a fan of medical interventions so I avoid them when I can. I was very nervous about this procedure. Dr Kowalczyk was very personable and professional which set me at ease.

The pre-procedure prep is the worst part of having a colonoscopy, but once at the office the entire staff was phenomenal. Very professional, thoughtful, and caring.
