Dr. Kovatis is by far the MVP in his field!!
He is the cream of the cream!!!!! I am a physician and I suffered a serious leg injury. I would not have any other doctor!!!! He is the best orthopedic surgeon you will ever meet. He is professional, personable and expertly skilled. This is the surgeon you want without a doubt. Ask for him specially if you ever find yourself in an ER and need orthopedic care. He is the key to great health care.
I find Dr. Kovatis to be an excellent doctor who provides quality care with a relaxed manner. The entire experience was exceptional – I’m so glad my friend recommended him. The wait time varied, but even when it took a while to see him, I never felt I was rushed. His assistant Kim is friendly and professional and the office staff are terrific.
Dr, Paul Kovatis literally saved my leg and my career! A dancer/choreographer, I completely smashed my right ankle, Dr. Kovatis put it back together with a plate and 6 screws, so well that I have COMPLETE range of motion, and can dance and use it as well or better than before the fall! Other Drs told me I would walk with a limp and probably not dance anymore! Not only can I dance again, but no one can tell it was injured! Recently, he treated a broken fibula with equal ease and expertise!!
I was so pleased to get a second opinion from Dr. Kovatis. A podiatrist advised me that I has to wear a huge air cast due to a partial tendon tear. it was very hard to walk in the cast and it also thew out my back bad. He gave me good, sound advise and a much smaller and more comfortable ankle brace. He showed me physical therapy I can do at home and also told me that I didn't need surgery...what a relief! He is very caring and kind. I sure wish there were more doctors like him.
Dr kovatis operated on my right foot. He told me exactly what I needed and how he could help me. Dr. Kovatis was so knowledgeable about my condition that I trusted him to do my surgery without any doubts in my mind. My outcome was absolutely successful and I am so happy, but most importantly pain free! Thank you for being one of the best doctors in New Jersey!!
Dr. Kovatis is very thorough and caring. Dr. Kovatis explains your medical condition so you understand exactly what is wrong. Kim who is Dr. Kovatis assistant is very nice and understanding.
I had a bad ankle injury and was told elsewhere I needed surgery. Dr. Kovatis took his time and after an x-ray and MRI determined rehab was the best course and I was able to avoid a surgical procedure. I would recommend Dr. Kovatis to any of my friends and while I hope not to need his services in the future, will call upon him whenever I have an orthopedic problem. His medical assistant Kim was a pleasure to deal with and was able to relax me with her sense of humor. Thanks Dr. K and Kim
