I went into Korvarik's today because one of the screws from the hinge on my tripod had gotten lost. I've had this tripod for 5 years, and it's been on 3 continents and 4 countries with me since I bought it, so it's very sentimental. Kevin and Alanna spent the better part of half an hour trying to find a solution for me, even as they were ringing other people out, while being patient and gracious throughout. Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful! The gentleman downstairs in plumbing has helped me a few times. You don’t get that kind of service at the big box stores!

I have Never had a bad experience there! The employees have always be so helpful and especially Jeff in the plumbing dept. He can always find a solution to my plumbing problems!!!
My 86 yr old father came to the store to return something they made him walk all the way downstairs to do his return on his way back up he fell the owner never came over to him to see if he was okay and one lady helped him up they never walked him to his car his arm was bleeding very bad he had to go to the walk in and get X-rays and his arm wrapped up I emailed them and they didn't even have the common courtesy to email me back to see how he was doing what a shame
You don't have to wander around a huge store to find what you need, they TAKE you to what you want!
