First experience with them and not pleased. They refused to honor their 30 day return policy on a water tank that was damaged and purchased from them. The woman stated that there was no way that it could've been damaged in their storage area and to have been damaged after being purchased. Explained that tank was just opened last night to be installed and the gas intake/thermostat control was cracked and broken by what appeared to be a large screw that had punctured the box.
