The best place in South Florida when you need ANY type of repairs on your car. The folks at Kovak auto really care. Their service pros are truly professional, pricing is reasonable and most importantly, when you leave, your car is running better than when you got there, whether its new tires, an oil change or something more serious! I took my car in to Kovac today...it was naking this screeching sound that sent me into panic in the carpool lane as I dropped oof my daughter to school.I have taken my ancient Tiyota there on several occasions and never had a bad experience. It was just a backing plate that neet air in my tires...NO CHARGE for this faithful and loyal customer, I will go back...I will never go anywhere else. THANK YOU KOVAC!!! See you in a few weeks for the suspension and oil change! AWESOME JOB! I would recommend Kovac to everyone!!!
I was referred to Kovacs by a coworker after being quoted a rediculous price at another shop. Everything she told me about them was right. They are honest, do great work, and have great prices. I would recommend them to anyone !
They are the only Mechanics that I allow to touch my vehicle! I have been going to them for the last 20 years at a minimum of 4 to 10 times a yr. My Blazer is going on 17 years & has a mere 156,000 miles on it.
The last two times Ive been here my car wasn't worked on at all... both times for an oil change. They tell me an hour, maybe hour and a half. I give them 2.5-3hrs each time. When I return, by uber because I just can't sit around waiting, the car hasn't even been moved. This last time I didn't even get an apology or a manager trying to fix this annoying issue. I had also inquired about 4 new tires, and the manager said he'd get right back to me with a quote which never happened.
