I have been going to Kovacs for 20 years or so. It is absolutely the best place. Joe is vey honest and very straightforward. Rick has handled thousands of people throughout the years with a friendly face and honest help. I am heartbroken about his sudden death and am truly saddened. He was the greatest guy and so eager to help everyone. We shared our children’s pictures and videos through the years. He was so genuine. He will be sorely missed. RIP Rick. The absolute best- very honest and prices are very fair. I rarely take my vehicles anywhere for service and do most maintenance myself. This is the only place I trust to get the job done right the first time. Great staff, great mechanics and I highly recommend this place!
I have taken all of the 4 cars that I have owned in the past 30 years to Kovac. I have known Rick for all those years and he is the reason I go there because he is sincere and honest. The service and hospitality never disappoints!
I was referred to Kovac by a long term customer. I had to have a couple headlight bulbs installed. Very complicated on my particular car so could not do myself but they gave me an honest rate that was at least 1/3 of what dealer wanted to charge. Simple honesty by Ricky at Kovac has earned all my auto business going forward. Honest and Mechanic are not usually used in the same statement but it applies here. 5 stars

Never hesitate to bring your vehicle here and let me tell you why: Honesty. Have used Great Bear a few years now. Service is always great. But yesterday they went for the extra mile, I had a flat tire during the rain and they send me a guy to help me an install the spare tire during the storm and he follow me to their shop and fix the tire. Thumbs up for Kovac Automotive!!!
