Great experience! Dr. Koutcher was kind and attentive. He took his time and listened to all of my concerns.
He is without a doubt an excellent dr listening to every thing you have to say he is very thorough in his treatment and explains everything taking more time than any other Dr I have ever seen
I've encounter him twice during hospital stays and he doesn't forget any of your ailments . I wish he would take new patients as a PCP. He takes the time to listen and he's very clear and down to earth in his explanations.
