RecommendedI have always loved Kosers, but this week they exceeded my expectations. I sadly lost a diamond from my engagement ring and they had a super fast turnaround and went above and beyond to ensure my happiness was the end result. My ring looks as good as it did as it did 13 years ago. Kosers truly cares about the person....not a sale or profit. I love the quality and selection...but most of all the genuine care for their customers. Highly recommend!

Years ago my husband bought me a gold bracelet with a lifetime guarantee and of course after so long it broke- but no problem there - they sent it back and i now have a brand new one!! No charge!! I'm good to go again. Can't wait for girls night to make out my wish list!

I have been going to Kosers for quite a few years and I will never go anywhere else. Randy and Betsy and the staff always make you feel so welcome and are very accomadating and understanding of what you are looking for and keeping you in the price range you need. My last few times I have worked with Ryan. He has been wonderful to work with, he is never pushy and makes me feel pressured I recommend Kosers to anyone who is looking for quality jewelry and fantastic staff. KS
