The staff was extremely helpful, especially Suzanne. Her professionalism put me at ease and I knew that the purchase I made would fit my exact vision. Little touches, like roses and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's (I ordered my jewelry in store on Feb. 15th) to the beautifully hand wrapped jewelry box at pickup made my experience very personal. Superb experience start to finish. Josh Fetterolf handled my inquiry and decision process with care. I drove to Koser on a recommendation and was not disappointed; sharing the love here. I can't recommend them enough. My husband and I got our wedding bands, and my engagement ring there. They have amazing customer service, and their jewelry is gorgeous. LaRue was amazing from the start, and was the best to work with. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much for everything!
Very impressed with their customer service. I took my engagement ring / wedding band, purchased at Koser Jewelers 10 yrs ago, in for repair. A small diamond had fallen out and got lost. They went above and beyond. I had not known I was to bring it in every 6 months to be cleaned and checked, and they still stood behind it. They want a happy customer!! My ring was repaired at a fraction of the actual cost, Koser Jewelers took care of it!! Wow. My ring was cleaned and shining when I got it back. Thank you.
