Kosama is awesome! There are people of all different ages, sizes and fitness levels here. Super supportive environment, but they're not gonna make it easy on you! I started coming here almost a year ago. Just before I started, I had my fitness test for the Navy and I was scoring very low overall. Huge Scam all round! They say “free” six week challenge however after the orientation they ask you for money upfront! How is that free?
I started doing the 6week challenge. The first class was TOUGH, but it made me realize how unhealthy and out of shape I had become. I am now a regular member, and I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a jumpstart on getting healthy! (I have seen more results at this gym in the last 4 months than I did going to planet fitness for 3 years! This place WORKS)
I was only doing the 6 week challenge but they helped me jump start getting healthy. I started at 193lbs. and now I'm 188.1lbs. That may not seen like much but to a mom with a toddler and full time job it means the world. My energy is up so much I can play with my daughter without getting winded. My knee doesn't hurt anymore and all foot pain gone. I didn't want to have diabetes like my mother who died from complecations and they help me not go down that path.
