LOVE kosama! Awesome atmosphere, keeps you motivated, you can track your calories burned and your fitness progress, workout your whole body, motivating music, ...I could go on. But def for anyone who wants to commit to a healthier you! First gym I go to that I actually get excited to go!
Kosama is a great gym but they don't handle the buisness side well. I won the 8 week challenge and it took them a month and a half to pay me. They automatically set up auto pay so if you forget like I did they screw you out of money in my case 60$. But again the gym itself is a nice place to workout and you do get results.
