I recommend Kosama to anyone who is interested in getting in shape, but is intimated when walking into the gym. Believe me that's me! I consider myself a total gym klutz! However, I find the Kosama staff very welcoming and motivational Thanks Kosama.

THE BEST results I've gotten out of a workout yet. I think Kosama differs from every other program I've tried because of it's intense, straightforward approach. The workouts are easy to understand and implement for all fitness levels, and the coaches on staff make sure each member is performing to best of his or her ability.
