Discovered on a recent recommendation and drove an hour to check out. Best $35 I’ve ever spent for the wagyu ribeye. Lightly seasoned with Lawry’s and pepper, pan seared, grilled, and returned to the pan with rosemary and thyme. Ended up a little more toward medium well, a little more done than I prefer, but one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten in my life, and my skills weren’t the key. Happy to add Korte to my arsenal of favorite purveyors. You will too!
