First time here, lived in the area all my life. Wow, great selection and pricing and the summer sausage is the best I've ever had! Can't wait to get home and get the ribeye and filet in a marinade and throw them on the grill tomorrow!
We get the summer sausage with cheese and jalapeño, roast beef, pastrami and turkey for lunch meat. We’ve also started buying out beef a half a cow at a time. They’ll let you sample, and offer advice. Give them a shot. It’s the closest you’re going to get to an old fashioned meat market/cheese shop...
Great place and people get all my deer done there.
OMG, our prime rib was amazing. A little sticker shocked as this was my first time using them. But it was worth every penny come serving time!
Deer processing is always awesome and I can never visit without buying some little “extras” while there.
RecommendedHave processed deer with Korte. Great experience. Have purchased lots of fresh cut meat. And Dave and his wife are one of they MOST generous people in Highland. They donate there time and there store to countless hours to help out the youth of Highland. The Highland Optimist and the town could not be more thankful.
