I had a very unusual problem when my liver shut down from an allergic reaction to Allpuinol. I was in the hospital for two weeks. I had my Gall bladder out, I went through so much. My body itched from head to toe. My rheumatologist told me to see a dermatologist.. It was the worst you could imagine. No one could diagnose what was wrong. Dr K diagnosed me in seconds and treated me. I am so grateful for his expertise. Amazing doctor.

He was super nice and friendly...great sense of humor.....had a smile and was cracking jokes to make me feel better about my skin condition. He diagnosed me swiftly and explained my condition to me and the course of action needed. Will he going back in a few weeks for a follow up and injection. Loved him I will not go to any other dermatologist! Highly recommend

Dr. Kornreich is an excellent doctor. He really cares about his patience and he’s worth the wait if you have to wait. Which isn’t often. And he will call you on your biopsies and he calls himself. he’s very kind and caring doctor. There should be more doctors like him around. He takes the time to Really listen to you.. And answer any questions you have. If you go to him, you won’t be disappointed..

Dr. Kornreich is a consummate professional, extremely competent and at the same time personable. He calls you personally with biopsy results, which is very rare these days. I have had Moh's surgery twice and he has referred me to a very competent surgeon, Dr. Michael Cohen. The only downside is there is often a long wait, so schedule your appointment as early in the day as possible. I have complete confidence in him as a dermatologist.

Terribly rude and arrogant for no reason. Waited an hour to be seen for a 3 minute appointment. Rather than apologize for the wait, he told me “this must be your first time seeing me, i always have a long wait. Make sure you don’t see me next time. I’ll note it on your chart.” What a rude man! I have had the privilege of seeing some pretty exceptional doctors that are actually worth waiting an hour for (although those doctors schedule appointments appropriately and usually run on time), but this man is definitely not a docto... read more

I have been visiting Dr. Kornreich for about 15 years, after a co-worker recommend him because Dr K found a pre-cancer which another dermatologist had recently missed. I go there 2-3 times per year. Every appointment has been successful. He is very friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He’s fantastic!

He’s thorough, kind, and calls you himself with biopsy reports, whether they’re good or bad. How many doctors take the time to do that? I live in Florida now, but I still schedule my dermatology appointments when in NY visiting, just so I can see dr. Kornreich. He’s the best dermatologist I’ve ever had and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for quality care!

First time visit, just moved from NJ, and Dr. Kornreich was excellent. He did a complete check of skin. He immediately put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him and his very helpful staff.
