As a tenant that remains here (since 2023 unfortunately) PLEASE do not move here. Maintenance takes forever to fulfill requests (which is no fault of their own because it’s thousands of apartments and so few of them ) Which doesn’t make sense to me because why not hire more people to fulfill requests ??? I’ve been inconvenienced several times and took off work to be here just for the maintenance man to not even show up on the day agreed upon. Perfect for me
There is an EXTREME mice problem and Managment doesnt handle it with the urgency or thoroughness required to get an infestation under control! For example, they will send an exterminator who will do an inspection and say what hole need to filled, etc. Maintanence will come on a separate visit and half fill holes. Why not have maintanence and the exterminator present at the same time to cohesively ensure all points of entry are addressed. Would recommend not to move here. I recently moved in and it was a mistake. On the day of signing they called me at 3 saying the carpet needs to change and would take few more days. Was missing a washer and told them multiple times but they never gave me one.
