This can't be a real place. I've had issues with maintenance every since I moved in back in February. They had paint all over the floors. There was a crack in my bathroom floor. Windows were broken. Screens were missing. The person in charge of maintenance isn't worth a dime. And maintenance themselves I think are just returning to society. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will have every single regret. I have lived here for years and honestly would have moved years ago if I had been able to find an affordable rent option for the space I need. The amount of LNI issues at this place is insane. And how they treat the tenants, is nothing short of TRASH. They are entirely negligent, and do not do even the bare minimum to address health, safety concerns, and BASIC MAINTENANCE that is literally a legal obligation on their behalf.
