Very friendly, timely response, flexibility working with my needs. Have not purchased a car yet.
My phone broke after contacting them- but they followed up daily. Very polite- wanted to trade in my car- was planning on going in but popped two tires this evening and now I can't make it until next week. Overall, they are persistent but not annoying. I would definitely do business with them.
