Very easy to work with, very good experience! Chelsie was very professional, as well as the rest of the staff. Very open, provided any info I had asked about, which was very helpful since I was making a 5 hour drive one way to look at, and purchase one of their vehicles. Great experience!

The gentleman sent me a couple emails fairly quickly after I reached out to them but had a change of heart and ended up going with a different vehicle still rate them five stars for their effort
I test drove the car and decided to buy it. Paperwork went well. They wanted to do detail work, so I did not take the car the day I bought it. Then I fell and broke my right arm. I called and they agreed to keep it until I could arrange help picking it up.

This is your stereotypical used car dealership. Ill start off by saying that the staff is polite and that they almost come off as charming. I felt like they also wanted to helpI would encourage you to bring an experienced person who knows what to look for when you are looking at a vehicle on the lot and qhat to notice when you take one for a test drive . I bought a decent used pickup from Koppy Motors, but they were not straight with me. Neither did they quite live up to their 120 point inspection process with me... they did the minimal amount of repair work instead of the proper repair work. Lastly I was constantly interrupted and talked over while trying to negotiate. The salesman had no interest in hearing the numbers I had researched.
