Communication was great. They were very understanding and kind.
One of th best experiences I've had at a used car dealership!! Entire staff very welcoming and felt like home! Can't say enough about family owned services. Was tired of the corporate dealership same old same old. Decided to give a local family owned used car dealership a try, and was not disappointed. Thank you Koppy Motors!

Deanna did reach out fairly quickly but her approach was very rude and discouraging. First impression is very important and she did not make me feel comfortable to move forward.

Very pleasant very helpfull sent pictures of the vehicle as soon as I requested them.
While I did not purchase the car that I was interested in, they did respond quickly to my questions and they were nice and professional.
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is considering buying a vehicle and having it delivered to them. This organization was very professional and very responsive. I could not be happier with my purchase and if you are in the market for a vehicle, contact Brett. He had no issues with keeping in touch even on his off days. I'd give more stars if I could.
I reached out to Koppy Motors regarding this vehicle & was contacted by DeAnna immediately. She was extremely friendly & helpful. Because it was late on a Friday we scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle next day. I drove to Koppy Motors on Saturday & test drove the vehicle & liked it.
