Oh So Yummy!! Hamburgers and onion rings are the best! ANNNDDD.... There is NO comparison to the custard...NONE. WE live 3 1/2 hours away. Every time we visit our daughter in the area, we load up on as much as we can.
Wondering where Eclair Affair has been! Did not have it in March and still don't have it in April! February 8th is too long to be without your BEST flavor!
Customers Service at this location is terrible. I ordered a Sundae and forgot to ask for it "to go" when I told the employee who made my Sundae she rolled her eyes and tossed a lid across the counter at me and walked away.
Food still great! Props to Kim who took our order. As she was about to get our custard, a woman, standing next to us says (in a rude tone) "is there some place I can just get a pint?" She then flipped her $5 bill on to the counter. I would have told her, "yes, in the line behind these people." But sensing there was going to be no winning this one, Kim rang her up, grabbed the pint and politely sent her on her way. My husband and I live in Chicago, but we travel to the Milwaukee area at least once every year just to go to Kopp's. These are the best burgers I have ever had at a restaurant. Everything is fresh. The burgers are cooked well and are large. The fries and onion rings are great. And then there's the custard. It's smooth creamy and rich, and they have some really good flavor combinations. Plus, the restaurant itself is an experience. I cannot say enough good things about Kopp's. We love it.

We were driving through Milwaukee and decided to stop because of the good ratings. It really lived up to its reputation. The burgers (and fries) were amazing!
No trip to Milwaukee is complete without a visit to Kopps. Cheeseburger with the works, onion rings and a chocolate malt.
