Have been coming here for years but could not believe the attitude of the management when I asked to have butterfinger pieces on my sons sundae. I was told that they could not ring it up as it's not an option on the register... When are you coming north. Gb could use one. Culver's is great and all but they can't compare to a cheeseburger with Jalapenos and Dijon mustard, onion rings, and Sprecher's root beer for $9. I would probably put weight on as fast as cheeseburger Lacey!
Great burgers will definitely go again. Burger was huge and very tasty.

This was the first time for my daughter to enjoy the delicious custard - she loved it!
Don't get me wrong, I love the ice cream, but today, as I asked Lance to add some chocolate chip cookie dough to my chocolate ice cream he said "that's not how we operate here, we can't do that for you." When I mentioned I have in the past he said "we aren't like other locations. People want half off on the second day ice creams and we don't do that either." What?!?! Just ridiculous! All I wanted was a few pieces of cookie dough.
We've visited Kopps for as long as we' lived in Brookfield (30 yrs) and still enjoy our visits when we're in town. Always the best "TREATS" .
