Amazing food always! I only get to have kopps once a year if im lucky so when i do go there, it is well worth it! :)
Kopps in December, who would be there, right? Everybody! A gorgeous almost fifty degree day the day after Christmas had everybody out and at Kopps! The inside was completely full in both the ordering area and the eating area. We ordered burgers and fries. Buttery bits of yumminess I say! Others seemed to be enjoying the flavor of the day, Turtle Sundae. Fun atmosphere with all those people there, and service good for the onslaught that they had. Worked at the Original Kopps on 60th & Appleton from 1983-1986. Live out of state now, but always have to get my Kopps fix in when I visit. Best custard & Burgers!
I stopped in the Brookfield location 2 minutes before close last night (thought they were open until 11) and though the staff was well along in the cleaning process and likely ready to go home, there wasn't a hint of frustration on their faces. Everyone was courteous and professional as usual. Great people, great service!
I got a hot fudge sundae with pecans. The fudge is so excellent and the pecans were HUGE! I was in heaven! �
According to Kopp's, the ingredients to make a cheeseburger with "everything" on it includes: buns, patty, melted cheese, a heap of ketchup & mustard, & then sitting flat on it. And then add a pickle slice on top of the bun for no apparent reason that would make any more sense than that disappointment I paid for. It's like adding a cherry on top of a cow patty. ��
The place could have a clean decent place to eat your food. Chicken was terrible.� Ron.
I loved that you guys brought back Grasshopper Fudge! Please don't ever take it away again!
Always liked Kopp's been going there for 50 years. The filthy lobby at 3:45 in the afternoon was a real turnoff . I also did not appreciate 25 cents for a glass of water so I could take a pill. Probably won't be back for a while
